The mill for olive oil shows the whole olive oil production process, from the pouring of the olives into the mill so that they can be washed and the leaves can be removed, until the olive oil goes out from the tap. The Olive Tree Museum (Olivotheque) has more than 140 olive tree varieties from the five Continents. The estate has a professional olive oil tasting room to show the visitors the process that must be taken to try different types of olive oil and distinguish among the different varieties.
