A Pintxos tour through the city centre to taste the famous Basque Pintxos (Tapas) and wines in the Bars and visit the food Markets.
The terraces and bars should not be forgotten because they are where one of the most deeply-rooted of all traditions of the Basque country is carried out: the “txikiteo” from Bar to Bar. (Pintxos are essentially snacks. Bigger portions that are ordered to make up part of a meal are called raciones).
